I just rejoined my crossfit gym and excited to be back! I am working with a personal trainer for now though. I need to work on my diet. Damn you Reece's peanut butter cups!!!

Jealous of you girls! I used to be a collegiate shot putter..I think I still might hold the record not sure. I got injured and had to stop, I was squatting in the 300s and benching 180.
I used to look like a linebacker (nothing wrong with that!!) and now I just look skinny fat. I joined a Cross Fit box last month and I LOVE it, so nice to get back in the swing of things.
