Good to know the lotion has some effect on the lines!
JoRocka - not the PCT (I'm not that brave). The Camino de Santiago! It's a medieval pilgrimage route that runs across the top of Spain. I kind of feel like it's my bachelorette, because I hate the 'traditional' bachelorette party idea, and in a very real way this will be saying goodbye to my younger self and the life she lived. My dad and I have done several long-distance hikes together, and this will probably be our last one.
Here's my strategy - I'm laying out topless in our backyard for the next month, and taking hiking shirts of many different configurations, including 2 long-sleeved. I will switch them daily, or even every few hours, to try to prevent developing distinctive lines. And slather on lots of sunscreen.
As a last resort, my awesome hair/MUA artist recommended a fantastic fake-tan sprayer. She SWEARS up down and sideways it doesn't rub off on the dress - and her business is almost all weddings, so I'm assuming she knows whereof she speaks.
