jorocka, that's ok, my menu today is: My egg casserole again (eggs, spinach, green onions, and cheese) Lunch AND dinner: chicken and veggie (bok choy, celery, cabbage, peppers, onions, carrots) stir fry with brown rice. I find its much easier to stay on track with repeat food. It's easier to log/track and means I'm not scrambling to find something. So I don't mind. Plus eggs are delicious!

I want to make another casserole this weekend, but use more eggs, so its a little thicker. I'm really happy with how it turned out, and its making sure that I eat breakfast, even if I sleep in. 45 seconds to heat it up, and I'm good.

I usually repeat the same breakfast and lunch during the week because it is easier for me. I can't think much in the morning so breakfast has to be simple.

I eat the same thing usually every morning, too. English muffin and coffee. Sometimes I put pbutter on it, sometimes a cut up boiled egg.

Those look good.
I had a Peanut butter and butter sammich last night. (rough night.)
Today...egg casserole...probably not eating lunch (going to try to nap), and stir fry for dinner, probably. Unless I cave and make the mac n cheese that's in there.
I'm an emotional eater, and I'm in a bad spot...this is really hard for me today.

Stay strong! You can do this. (I don't know what happened, but sending you positive vibes!). If you need to snack, try to think of something healthy instead of your usual go to. For example, I like warm stuff at night. I started making peanut butter toast in the evening if I absolutely have to snack. Just a thought

I forgot to add - I'm super-adulting it today and had some Captain Crunch Peanut Butter Cereal for lunch.

I think today will be a cereal type of day. Frosted mini wheats for breakfast/lunch. And I have a test tomorrow so it will probably be fend for yourself night for dinner

I had the same thing again for breakfast and lunch, but tonight we're having venison! (And cheesy broccoli)
FH finally got on board with eating veggies, if those veggies are broccoli with cheese. Anyone have any suggestions for other veggies dishes I could try?

Anything in bacon grease usually helps, I have found even my five year old of a fiance will eat asparagus or zucchini sautéed in bacon renderings.
