@yasminsdlv Grilling is a great suggestion! I've tried making mashed cauliflower and a cauliflower pizza crust, both were awful, so I don't think I'll be able to even put cauliflower in the basket when we go shopping.

sarahkat I totally understand. lol We just did some grilled zucchini the other day, with a lemon olive oil, herb mixture brushed over them....SO good.

I LOVE cauliflower, and can put it in anything or do anything with it and eat it. I make cauliflower corn chowder and will eat it for days. Basically mashed cauliflower, a can of creamed corn, a little milk, and seasonings. Now I am craving it....
