Jo's lifting videos, that feature her butt, are my favorite. Heh. Mine to. One of my friends at the gym always makes it a point to remind me how great my squat form videos are. Lol. The world needs good working butt videos.! Someone's got to do it! I have a YouTube channel called she Squats Everywhere. Because squats for life!

I own it. I love butts. Jo's form is really good too. My squat form is rubbish. And now not being able to lift, push, pull anything over 10 lbs (per doctor) - it's really gonna suck getting back to it after baby.

Thank you- I'm tweaeking things- I have an inbalence I'm trying to fix- it's driving me crazy- but gotta stay high and tight under that weight... for reals. BOOOOOOOOO for no lifting- but soon!!! you will be back at it!!! What's the break down in the squat your finding- where do you feel tight or off balance?

Trying to get lower - I need a wide stance to get that good duck butt, deep squat. Years of dance training - duck butt is bad, but in lifting it's not. It's hard to get my body/brain to think differently. Plus I shrug a lot (pull my shoulders up).

I downloaded an app called Lose It. It sets a calorie budget for your weight loss goal. You track all of the food you eat and calories, exercise, your weight ect. I'm down 1.3 pounds!

I had Lose It at one point.. I don't remember why I got rid of it. I have been on My Fitness Pal for years though

Morning ladies! I'm happy to report that this week, I am officially down 3 pounds!!! 3 pounds in 3 weeks, and all I'm doing is eating better. I did get a little physical activity in, but not as much as I'd like. I'm upping the exercise this week though. I'm super excited!!! Side note: asparagus and goat cheese is surprisingly delicious together.

Yay! That's awesome! I'm doing weigh ins ever two weeks. 13th is my last day so I'm on the final push to drop weight for the competition. I suspect I'll be right where I need to be for my dress so I'll have to work out what that means for the next five months food wise!

I've been completely gorging myself with stressing eating this week, on top of PMSing and starting to retain water. I'm terrified that my dress won't fit Saturday!

I should do that too...I've been out since my knee surgery and am feeling up to some light exercise. Also hoping to relieve some stress.
